By creating an account or using Aura Calendar ("Aura", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they form a binding agreement between you and Aura about your use of the service.
You may use Aura for your own personal or business scheduling. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
You retain all rights to the calendar data, events, and content you create and store in Aura. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that data solely to provide the service to you (for example, to render your calendar and to let the assistant act on your behalf when you ask). We don't claim ownership of your data.
You agree not to use Aura to:
When you use the assistant, you direct it to read and update your calendar. You are responsible for reviewing the changes the assistant makes. Automated actions are performed at your request and are your responsibility to supervise. We're not liable for events created, modified, or deleted by automation you enable.
Aura offers optional integrations such as Google Calendar sync. When you enable them you grant us the permission to act on your behalf within the scope of the authorisation you approve. Connecting a third-party service is also governed by that service's own terms, which are yours to accept.
You can stop using Aura and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that compromise the security of the service, or where required by law. Where we suspend you for misuse, we'll generally let you know first. Deleting your account removes the data associated with it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Aura, including its software, design, logos, and the "Aura" name, is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the service itself.
Aura is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calendar data will never be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and where appropriate we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use Aura after changes means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
